We will meet with you on your schedule in 30 minute sessions. Each session will advance you through our process.
The Process
In our one on one sessions, we will work together to create a strategy and a plan that you feel good about. We teach you a variety of methods and you get to select the right tactics to include in your plan. We will help you implement the plan, monitor your progress, and coach you throughout your journey.

2) Longevity Education - 10 Dimensions of Longevity
What are the 10 Dimension of Longevity?
Aging is complex but most experts only focus on one or two dimensions such as diet and exercise. We believe there needs to me a multi-dimensional focus on longevity if you want to take it seriously. Science has uncovered many areas that impact longevity so it's important to understand each and decide which ones you want to give your efforts to.
Diet and Exercise aren't going to get you there alone. Of course they are important and much of our time will be spent on those two dimensions but there is so much more to be aware of and explore.
We explore all 10 Dimensions in our education
We will make sure that you are aware of all facets that impact your longevity and work with your to select and focus on the ones that are impactful to you. We will do a deep dive into each dimension and determine which pieces fit into your plan.
3) Custom Nutritional & Fitness Plans
Nutrition Recommendations
Let us help with your grocery list. We will customize for you recommendations on foods that support your health goals and foods that promote longevity based on the latest research.
Fitness Plan
Your strength and balance are critical factors to your health and longevity/ We will will customize a fitness plan for your that will help promote muscle generation and retention, and better physical strength and balance.

4) Bloodwork Analysis
Blood Labwork and Results Explanation
We will order blood labwork for you at a lab convenient for you and at no additional cost for Gold and VIP members. Once the results from your labwork are available, we will walk you through your lab numbers and provide explanation and advise on general health tactics.
Lab tests is included for Gold and VIP clients and will be updated every six months at most to monitor progress. Non-Gold or non-VIP clients can benefit from the analysis but lab orders are an extra cost.

5) DNA Analysis & Genetic Testing
Get a Blueprint of your Genetic Map
We send you an at home DNA test (swab) that will give you a 157 gene map of all your gene variants along with an explanation of what they mean for you.
Your DNA has a lot of valuable information on your health including predispositions to disease and various health conditions.
The DNA Analysis will include warning areas and health tactics to prepare for where you are most vulnerable.
The DNA Analysis and testing is included for VIP and Super VIP clients. ($300 value) Others can pay an extra cost for the test and analysis.

6) Longevity Supplement Regimen*
Certified, Validated, and Scientifically Proven
We will custom build a regimen of longevity supplement products. These products are validated by independent peer reviewed studies and are certified by GSF and/or BSCG for quality.
The supplements are included the cost for VIP clients and will be mailed to your doorstep directly from the manufacturer. We will educate you on how the supplements work and how to get the most out of their benefits.
*Supplement products are included in Gold, VIP and Super VIP pricing. clients that are non-Gold and non-VIP will have the products available at an additional cost.

7) Online Recorded Trainings
Our subscription clients have full access to our online training videos covering a variety of anti-aging and longevity topics.

We hold weekly rap sessions with all clients to discuss topics on longevity and emerging health trends.
We also answer pressing questions the group may have about a given aging or longevity topic.
Many clients find this extra information valuable and it helps to hear from others who have similar health goals.
